Lunar Migration explores and pays homage to the epic and often treacherous migrations that a species must navigate to reach its ancestral spawning grounds. Often plagued by starvation, predators, environmental disasters, and human intervention, these inspirational journeys reflect upon the endurance of a life-form’s will to survive and procreate. What triggers a species to embark on these migrations is often enshrouded in mystery and this particular artwork reflects upon the influential role of celestial bodies.
